We install Vapor Barriers in crawl spaces and crawl space encapsulations and dehumidifiers to control mold in basements and crawl spaces and dry these areas. Our commercial dehumidifiers are Santa Fe, within 3 sizes up to 2800.00 sq. ft.. The dehumidifiers have a 3 year warranty on all electrical components and a 5 year warranty on the compressors and coils. Additionally we do floor supports and headers in crawl spaces, and install wall supports in basements.
We also do outside catch basins, underground gutter run offs, trenching, and backfill around foundations to create a slope away from the house and foundation walls.
